Rising Israeli Pop Artist Hadar Honors Michael Jackson On The Anniversary of His Death
Michael Jackson had a world-wide influence that knew no equal. His music transcended time, touching multiple generations, across countless cultures.
Rising pop star Hadar first discovered Jackson’s music as a young girl, growing up in Jerusalem, Israel. She admired his versatility, charisma and most of all his incredible catalog. This in turn made it extremely challenging to choose a song, as she decided to pay tribute to the icon on the 8th anniversary of his passing.
The singer ultimately picked Jackson’s late 70s hit “She’s Out of My Life”, showcasing a different, more vulnerable side of her artistry, bringing out his heartfelt message of love, and loss.
This song joins Hadar’s growing collection of masterful covers on her YouTube channel, introducing one of her most vulnerable and gripping performances to date; an enjoyable contrast to her previous covers such as Hadar’s smooth sensual performance of Bruno Mars’ ‘That’s What I Like’, or her rhythmically captivating performance of Ed Sheeran’s ‘Shape of You.’
